Thumbs Down

I've only ever tried once to give a file a "thumbs down" rating

 

And that's because the file still has the same problem reported in July by multiple posters

 

Thereby giving the impression that the file is not supported

 

 

However the nexus steadfastly refuses to accept this input

 

so how does one vote "thumbs down"

would be a first for me as . . . only the down was refused, the upps are always received
