So ya i was wondering what are some real good and fun mods for fallout3,

and whats the best mod to make the game look better?

All mods go into your \Fallout 3\Data folder. It's as simple as unzipping them into that folder. But always check it first, some mod authors arrange things funny when they zip up their mods, as shown here: http://webbstuff.net/evilneko/badzip1.jpg

...if you extracted that directly into \Data it wouldn't work. In that case you have to drill down to where the the esp/esm for the mod is and drag/drop from there.

 

And just take a look at the top-rated mods for ideas. Or browse and see what appeals to you. Combat Enhanced Tactics is a good one. Weapons and Armor Resistance Enhanced also makes things more interesting.
