Hi

 

I'm just wondering what type of mods make the ending of the Take it Back! CTD?

 

At the very last scene, when Death From Above is supposed to kick in (the 2 weeks later thing), all I get is CTD. It doesn't matter who I send to fix the purifier. I've read somewhere that certain mods would CTD, upon getting this far. My mod list\loadorder is posted below. Which mods should I disable or not even use, before I start Death From Above?

EDIT: I do disable the MaxLevel100.esp before finishing up Take it back.

if you used the maxlevel thing at any point in your current character it should still affect you i think :(

maybe try letting it run for that quest?

 

I've tried it with and without the MaxLevel100 enabled. I always ctd at the same point. The last time I played through (my current game), I just disabled everything and the ending worked as it should normally and I awoke in the hospital. But, most everything I did to get to that point was now null and void, ie... all my extra perks were gone (perk mods), any mod that added quests I had to redo or items I did have in my inventory, I had to acquire again. Though I did expect this.

 

I have tried disabling mods that have anything to do with custom characters. ie... hair\eye mods, Sharing and Caring Companions, Female Enclave Soldiers, like I've read somewhere, as well as nonessential mods, ie, clothing mods, weather mods. Still nothing.

 

The only thing I haven't done is, enable\disable each mod. The only reason I haven't done this, is that some mods require other mods to function properly.

 

Is there a way to cheat myself to the end of the main quest, Take it Back? It would be much easier to narrow my problem down if this was possible.

I found a save I had just before finishing Take it Back.

 

I removed two mods, SuperStim.esp and UPP - Beverage Perks.esp and redid my merge. I'm not too sure which of those two mods caused the problem, but the game now finishes as it should.

 

Even with the MaxLevel100.esp enabled, it worked.
