Motalio
Hello, My first post about this issue was 1year ago on the Steam forums, nobody answered so I gave up; since then, I've seen many many people experiencing exactly the same issue as me and yet nobody could find a solution.I posted on the Skyrim Hardware and Software Issues Subforums of Bethsoft and I tried everything that was answered and everything I could read elsewhere. So this is my last post before I definately give up playing this game, is it possible to create a Mod that disable the 0.5s delay some people have when playing third-person camera view ? Here's a video of what I'm talking about. As you can see, the character takes a moment before moving after the W/A/S/D key is pressed in 3rd person; and then answers immediately in 1st person. I don't know anything about how Mods are created etc.. So maybe what I'm asking isn't even possible, in that case, I'm sorry. But this game is so awesome now that there's Mods for everything I really want to play it ... and see my character without a weird delay who makes fights awkward etc. Thanks
DoctorKaizeld
that sounds like an issue with your computer or your keyboard friend not the game
rilax
I have never seen this before. Does your keyboard do this with other games too? If so I would suggest trying out another spare keyboard if you have one or if you don't try lending one from a friend or something like that. If it does this only with Skyrim I wouldn't know what do do.
DoctorKaizeld
it could be a lag issue caused by your computer.
Motalio
Tried with 2 keyboards, my main one which has maccro buttons etc., and my old one which has nothing special. Again, I don't think it's an issue with my computer hardware :- No delay playing 1st person ;- No delay moving on a horse (3rd person) ;- No FPS drops. So I'm really lost here. Anyway, thanks for the answers guys but I already started a discussion to ask for help on the Skyrim official forums (right here) and I didn't mean to "start another" here, in the Mod-Requests section I only wanted to know if creating a mod to fix this issue was possible. If not, then I'm sorry, let this thread fall down  Edited June 26, 2014 by Motalio
DoctorKaizeld
well the thing is I have never heard of this issue before so it couldn't be the game or at least a part of the game that we can mod and fix... but I could be wrong.
ITPI
Same thing for me in 3rd person. Feels like I'm playing an MMO over a bad network, so I do not use 3rd person. The only "lag" to 3rd person is the movement, there is no delay when attacking with weapons. Animations in 3rd person are weird as well, adding to a long list of reasons I do not use it. Hours of playtime both in vanilla and modded, clean installs, new game saves etc, leave me to believe its not an issue you can fix without using a mod. I also believe this happens to everyone, and if you don't notice it you are crazy. Mod request thumbs up. Maybe there is an ini tweak. Novem99
I've never noticed it but I have also this kind of "delay". But I don't mind. Since I have a very capable PC and the only mods I have installed are texture mods I tend to believe it's default by the game itself.
