Guest deleted3374562
So, Fallout 3 was one of the games I owned originally on Xbox 360, yada yada, and as much as I wanted to have a PC version, I also didn't want to own two copies of the same game. Recently, though, my beloved Fallout 3 has been taken, and Steam stepped up to give it to me again with their trusty summer discounts (oh, how they hurt my wallet, but I digress). Being so far behind in the FO3 PC realm, well, the game doesn't look as great as others that I've modded and played more recently, namely Skyrim, which probably has more mod files on it than core files. My question is today, starting fresh, what is the best combination of mods to use to update the game's appearance, namely NPCs and my own character. The landscape and such are fine to me, just the characters themselves. TL;DR: What's the best combination of mods and retextures for NPCs and my own character to update the appearance of the game? Animositisomina
Fallout 3 Redesigned is great for improving NPCs.
