Jallis370
I have no idea when this started. I got puzzled after a while about not seeing any quantums while playing, but then I saw I had some in my inventory. Today I saw a regular nuka-cola with the quantum name and I checked it in my inbentory and removed it to look at it. AAAAAAH! It's not glowing! Anyone have any idea what could have caused this? I've added some mods now and then but I don't think they glowed before that either. Anything in the graphics that alters this?
Stewb
Check you have HDR enabled? Fallout 3 Launcher -> Options -> Screen Effects -> HDR
Jallis370
Lol, we actually need to have it enabled? It made my radio go out of sync with stationary radios :P
Stewb
Yes HDR is what makes things like quantums glow. I think Bloom will work as well, not sure never used bloom. You have to have screen effect enabled though or no glowy quantums for you...
Fonger
there is a texture mod on the nexus that changes the color of quantums so HDR isn't needed.http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1067http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/images/thumbs/1067-1-1234620834.jpg(i'm using an earlier version of this)
Nanodoc360
Wow I have been searching for days for a reason why i was seeing or getting no glow effects on any mod that had glow effects that I installed. HDR fixed it. Thank You .... even if it's 9 years later.
