Ok Fallout is crashing even after i bought a new PC for 900$!!

Crashing like every 10-30 minutes with " Fallout3 has stopped working" message.

Specs:

AMD phenom II x2 550 BE 3.1 ghz (NOT overclocked)

ATI VTX 4850 512mb

4 gb ram

WIN 7 32bit

All up to date drivers, patched to v 1.7

Your load order seems to be fine, if you can start the game without instant CTD then it's not a load order problem/mod conflict. You seem to have a decent rig too. Try these methods to reduce crashes:

You can try lowering all the graphics and test the game out, see if it crashes after every 10-30 minutes. If it doesn't crush, means you need to lower/optimize your graphic settings.

Its a lot smoother now.

I didnt see any crashes either (maybe because i deleted the temporary folder [it was 5 gb])

and i saw a "cheat" that frees up memory PCB.
