Hi you, haven't seen you in a good few years. It's nice to see some friendly faces again. Weird to think how much time has passed since I was last active here and how much has changed. I am actually trying to get back into modding which is why I have resurfaced, and I was reminded of this thread so I peeked in again. I spent the last two years dying because of university but hopefully will get a breather once I graduate next year. At this point I am so done with education, I want to just get a job and settle somewhere for a while :P But yeah, boyfriend recommended that I get back into modding as an outlet so that is what I intend on doing, and hopefully I should be more active from now on. That Sim Settlements mod for Fallout 4 is hot btw, and the dev seems really cool. I might see if I can do some addons for it or something, or maybe just tinker with it. It's good to be back :smile:

I'm pretty sure that was all Microsoft, I remember Todd talking that he wanted mods on consoles but that wasn't possible before. Microsoft must have made a deal with Bethesda, since Bethesda and Fallout also appeared during Microsoft's presentation, they are obviously being sponsored by them. Either way, I'm happy to hear that and I'm curious to see how that will work out in the end. Fallout 4 looks awesome vanilla, it's like they made a Fallout game and added mods to it by themselves. I love that they follow the modding scene and add the most popular mods to their game as vanilla, that means I need to install less mods and enjoy the game more without the need to enhance it.

I was watching the livestream and I was just so amazed at every scene they showed. Todd was great at presenting it all as well. The game will be awesome, no doubt here. I'm just kinda worried about the voiced protagonist and how that will impact mods. I'm also not used to the idea of a voiced protagonist in Fallout, it's weird to think about. Also worried whether my laptop will be able to play it fine, it plays Skyrim very well and considering this is the same engine but updated I hope it will be somewhat the same. Also very disappointed that the Fallout Shelter game is iOS only. No idea what they were thinking with that.

Also does anyone know when the Bethesda E3 conference is? It says 6/14 @ 6:30pm (PDT) on most sites but then it also says Monday. But isn't Monday tomorrow, on the 15th? Because today is Sunday, 14th right now even for LA. Right? Just noticed, it says "Sun 6:30p" originally when the site loads but it switches to Mon for some reason. Yeah I do. And nope, it's dyscalculia (which includes problems with understanding numbers, manipulating numbers and math), at least I think that's what you're talking about. I see SO many people complaining about the graphics and I have no idea why they are bitching about it. The game looks good, what the f*#@ are people expecting? Just because Witcher 3 looks amazing doesn't mean that everything else has to look just as good, and personally that means jack s#*! to me and many other people who can't afford a better PC and can't even play games like Witcher 3. Honestly the gaming industry has put up such high standards everyone acts like a stuck up snob, moaning about feature x not being in the game and how the graphics aren't life-like enough. Appreciate the damn experience you are given by the hundreds of people who worked on it for years. This is just like people complaining to me that I'm not fixing their computer fast enough. (This wasn't aimed at anyone in particular, just a rant about so many shitty comments I've seen on Fallout 4 announcement articles) I was expecting a 20 second teaser, my heart jumped a little when I saw that it was 3+ minutes long. Very excited, and I love what I saw so far ^^
