Skyrim crashes when trying to load lasted saved game

My game crashes every now and then everytime I load my lastest saved game. When I load past saved games, it loads normally. I don't know what's wrong. I used BOSS, TES5EDIT, and Save Tool. Everything seems alright. I wonder if its because I have too many mods installed? I just don't know. :sad: Skyrim is my only modded game, and I'm still relatively new to modding. I don't know what's wrong. Here is my mod list order.

Edit Again: One more thing, I only use nexus mod manager. I don't use steam workshop.

Another Edit: My computer isn't exactly a really good gaming PC, its decent at best. I have an XPS 8700 from dell with 12GB of ram, my processor is a i7-4770 and my video card is only a Nvidia GTX 640 1GB (I know I need to upgrade that)

Load your last but one save and then load your last one. Does it work? If it does, ignore the problem.
