Actions tab info incorrect

When looking at the actions tab on one of my mods I noticed several entries on different days where users had endorsed a different mod. The link tied to that mod name is the same as the links on other users that have the correct name.

 

This is the mod I was looking at: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25319/?

 

Some users are listed as having endorsed "A Better Abandoned House" which is a quite different than "Unique Races". I have no idea if this is just an error in name or if there is some greater error and those were supposed to be endorsements for the other mod.

Same thing is happening to me. I'm getting messages in my Action List that so-and-so endorsed Long War, but, my mod is named Explorer Mod. If I click on the words Long War it takes me to my mod.

 

I've noticed something, however, that might narrow down the problem. I looked up Long War on Nexus and there is a mod by that name on the XCOM site. In the url for that mod, the number is the same as mine (mine's on the Far Cry 3 site). Your mod shares the same number in it's url as A Better Abandoned House (witch is on the Oblivion site). I'm wondering if some code that handles these notifications of endorsements is looking only at the mod's number.

Makes sense. Found another entry on one of my other mods. Replaced Skyrim with Oblivion and the mod whose name was displayed instead of my mod's name loaded right up.

Definitely not a coincidence then. Hopefully tptb will see this and correct it. :)
