obmm trouble

It is very easy...as article points out how to do this. If it's a single .esp file, I usually create an OMOD that adds many single-file plugin mods at one time to avoid micromanaging each one individually. ;)

 

The main thing is that the plugin must be in the "root" of the folder or archive that you select.

 

OBMM does not handle (e.g. ignores) .esp plugins that exist in sub-folders...although you could place alternative .esp plugin files in sub-folders and use script to move them around during installation / activation but that is an advanced topic.
