I just backed-up Skyrim, ready to revert to 1.8, but first I'd like to know, will I experience any problems associated with "downgrading?" I'm running SKSE, SKYUI, ENB (but not an actual enb mod), and a ton of others. (70 plugins)

Will I get problems from add-ons that require the latest version of Skyrim, and if so, how could I fix it?

Thanks.

EDIT: So I just checked some mods in my load order, and "Wet and Cold" requires 1.9. Is there really no way to fix the bug?

Okay then, so how do I go about fixing the lip sync? I've read that most people fixed it by enabling vsync with ENB. I did that, made enablevsync=true in the .ini, even limited my fps down to 30 with a limiter. I get less stutters now, but I still have the lip sync issue, even with vsync enabled by ENB.

I'm not running an ENB present, I just have the software installed. Do I need to have an ENB running to fix it? Do I need more info in order for this problem to be fixed? Thanks. :(

I only notice it a little and only sometimes. The problem is, once you see it its hard not to see it anymore..lol

I am using Nvidia for Vsync, (adaptive 1/3 Refresh rate)..nets me about 33 FPS (100 Hz monitor), and a full blown ENB, (Serenity) On a pair of 580's Think the SLI gives me smoother play and so, not as noticeable.

Did you also turn OFF the Vsync in Skyrimprefs.ini?>>>iPresentInterval=1<<<make that a 0 (zero)

ATI or Nvidia ? what is GPU?

iPresentInterval is set to 0

I'm using Nvidia with a GeForce GTX 555 graphics card.

Vsync is on in the ENB.ini, and I also tried forcing it through the Nvidia control panel with little result.

The lip sync is pretty bad for me, the NPCs will continue moving their mouths 2-3 seconds after they've finished speaking.

The two errors are for .esp's that I have deactivated. They are patches for Diverse Priests for mods I don't have.

However, I decided to load an earlier save when I noticed the exposure rating on armor wasn't working from the Frostfall mod. On that save, the ratings were there, and the lip sync seemed slightly better (though not on all NPCs).

After this happened, I decided to start a new game for the heck of it, and the carriage started flying around all crazy, which tells me something is wrong with vsync. I'll check around the .ini files and see if something is wrong, or maybe I messed something up in the Nvidia panel. Hopefully this might fix it.

enablevsync=true

iPresentInterval=0

Yikes, looks like there's a lot wrong with the opening sequence. Ralof was wearing some strange armor, Ulfric wasn't gagged, and names were never called out, leading to everyone just standing there.

Missing gag and Ralof's gear is probably Immersive Armor, but I'm not sure what's causing the scripting problems. Same scripting problem described here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2846193

So now I have a flipping cart and messed up intro scripting, probably caused by mods. I know it's recommended to start game by saving after the opening, but I don't feel like playing a broken game. I'll probable reinstall Skyrim to Vanilla, add a few mods, and leave it at that. I'll see if I can fix the lip sync in vanilla.

I haven't even gotten to play the DLC yet.
