Problem With Dialogue?

Hey, i have a huge problem (i think) with the dialogue in this game. During the scenes when, for example, you are in your cell, and the Blades are speaking to each other.. That scene took about 20 minutes. Why? Because they talked s0ooooooo sloooooow.. i mean, there sentences were clear, but eh. it's like one guy says one thing, and about, say, 4 minutes later, the other one replies.. It is getting kinda annoying, but bearable, since i didn't expect perfection, and i am really grateful i can even play!! :D

Also, i seem to be having a problem with the mouse pointer. I set the Mouse Sensitivity level to lowest, and it seems to work, except for in dialogue.. like, the mouse is REALLY shaky, i can seem to win the persuasion game without bribing them. Not only does the mouse move on its own accord, but it won't respond, nor will some of the keys.

What do i mean? Well, last night, shopping took 10 minutes, because when i clicked the 'Sell' option, it didn't respond. I clicked it again, to no avail.. i was clicking for a minute, before it even responded.. same with the keys.

When i try to bring up my inventory, i have to click "TAB" like, ten times, with force, so that it could respond. Would this problem be considered 'sticky keys'?

Also, the movement's pretty crazy, i tried to talk to an Imperial Guard, but ended up associating with his horse instead, was fined for attempted robbery, which i did NOT mean to do, turns out i couldn't cover the expenses, so i was sent to jail.. i had autosaved like, a minute before, so i just reloaded. Loading times aren't that big of a problem, suprisingly.

Would someone help me out here? Thanks!!

Actually, I had a similar problem with my old (very old) computer and Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Dranoor. The problem was that my computer was extremely dated, and your computer probably just barely (if at all) meets the minimum requirements (mine is just a bit over minimum, and it runs fine for me). Post your system specs here, and somebody'll be able to verify this problem.

I find it weird that before i bought this PCI card, it said that AGP was disabled, because it was not available. But it says in this test, that it is now enabled? I find that odd, to say the least.
