KainPrimus
Next one who uses the 'Oblivion has this and that', gets it in the face. When will people get DA is made on completely different engine from Oblivion and Fallout? It's damn hard to edit the models at this point, giving them physics like that is pretty much impossible at the moment, if at all. Plus the DA toolset isn't nearly as user friendly as Oblivion's construction set.

WAY too many people just dont understand that this game is NOTHING like Morrowind or Oblivion. They dont understand that this game operates in a way that most modders either don't know how to deal with, or don't have reliable tools in order to make such things happen. Morrowind had an AWESOME TES. It was relatively easy to figure out, it worked, and it handled most of the things that you needed it too. Toolset is a completely different monster. It sucks down a horrendous amount of ram, has almost NO documentation from Bioware, doesnt EVEN WORK on some people's computers, has the possibility to RUIN existing conditions in the game, and honestly....some of the tutes for it, arent that easy if you dont already know what they are talking about.Oh, and thats leaving out the fact that after you get past all of that, you get halfway into your project and the damned toolcrap crashes on you. As for making custom models... right now, there's TWO progs (that I know of) that have plugins available to handle the file format that DAO uses for meshes and textures. Blender, and 3dsmax. Blender is free, but with the current plugin you can only make small alterations or the script will crash when you try to export.3dsmax....well....who has almost 900 bucks to blow on it? To my limited knowledge, there's two ways that could accomplish what you are looking for and both of them would mean creating an entirely new mesh, with new bones, and new animations. How many people know how to do animations? Not a lot know how to add a complex bone structure to a mesh, in order for the mesh to even be able to do those animations. So ok, lets say that somebody spent the days/possibly week's worth of work to make that happen. They can't get something that complex to export into the freaking game. Because we dont have the reliable tools to get it there yet.And that's IF the game engine understands how to make it work, once it's in there. w00teh
What a pointless request... For one it would involve animations which aren't even that well done and for two it would be purely aesthetic, the time and effort involved would not be worth it when modders could put their efforts elsewhere... killzone12, a mod like this is not only tough, but it brings almost nothing to the game of Dragon Ages, and it serves only to satisfy your personal need to see females have bouncing boobs in a video game, if its done in Oblivion congrats, that modder wanted it too and had the skill to do it. Frankly i don't like these kind of requests, people should actually think about whats possible before actually posting something, it's like saying "Oh i want to request the ability for my character to fly" when it's not even built within the game engine. Oblivion had YEARS before any mod like the one you're suggesting happened. You need to stop being so rude, we could just as easily say you're a sad pervert wanting a mod like this, but we don't, so get your manners straightened out, your attitude wouldn't attract you any would be modders. QFT and kudos. well said.I wasnt going to reply back, because I dont come on these boards to get into fights with people. But yeah, if you're asking for something dont be rude. I simply told you that right now, it couldnt be done, and tried to explain why it couldnt.I could have just as easily told you that if you wanted to see that, then go get a girlfriend, hire a hooker, or go to a strip-joint ;)

TREPE
On a brighter note, I thought those actually reading this thread might be interested in this. http://social.bioware.com/project/563/ It would appear that there may already be a couple programs for 3D Studio Max exporting into the DA Toolset AND a Bone structure thingy-mo-bobber. Bouncing Boobies may be closer than one may think... not that its necessary at all but... :)
