LE Vendors sell torches and more misc items

Anyone know of a mod that makes vendors sell torches and more miscellaneous and crafting items in general?

 

I tried adding the torch01 light to the MerchantRiverwoodTraderChest container in the Creation Kit, but it doesn't show up when I try to buy one at the Riverwood Trader in game. I read somewhere that since torches are light object in the game, as opposed to a weapon or misc item, that they don't show up. Any Creation Kit experts that can answer that question?

You might have to add the torches to the leveled list thingy majingys. For lack of the correct term.

 

To be honest, I don't know since I'm not an expert, but that's just my 2 cents.
