For more precise answer: That you got it for ps3, won't make any difference while getting it for pc, just go to shop and hand your bottle caps in. Fallout 3's probably the most worthy of purchase game I've played in a long time. Anyway, so long dude. A mod'll be along soon to ban you. Hopefully you'll come back some day with a legit copy.
