Getting "Don't Worry Be Hairy" hf003 to fit an elf femal

I've been having trouble trying to get hf003 to fit an elf face, as the hair is positioned alot higher, causing a large gap. I also tried morping a human female head using this hair to my elf avatar, though the head also had a gap. Is there any way to resolve either of these problems?

I would prefere to keep the human head, as I'm pretty satisfied on how it turned out.

Help will be muchly appreciated.

well, I'm not sure how to resolve the issue, but it's because HF stands for HUMAN female, so it's putting the object at human height.

I dont know if copying the graphic and then renaming it to something like EF123, then dropping it back into your override folder would work or not. I know that for it to show up in the character generator you'd have to manually enter it the data for it into the chargen file, of which I'm afraid I know nothing about.

yeah, thats one of the things that sucks about the way that they did this. Each race (except qunari) has a seperate body mesh with it's individual settings. Which means that anytime you make something that will fit on that mesh, like clothes, boots, hairs, eyes, etc. you have to make one for each of the races, in order for it to work on all of them. :(

I wish they would have done elves by a size integer like Morrowind did. Elves were the human mesh, altered by the game engine by adjusting their height, width and depth values. made it hella easy to make stuff that was uni-racial.
