As for the load order, you won't go wrong if you follow this load order. You do not need to use the unofficial patch as long you've updated your game with the latest official 1.7 patch. As for the errors from FO3 Edit, which mod are they? Can you please list them down? You should be able to see the mod index number when you look at your load order. Well, the most important thing is you're able to run the game first. Some people can't run the game at all when using the unofficial patch and patched to official 1.7.
