I deactivated Mart's Mutant Mod - Project Beauty + FWE.esp because was causing errors in FO3 Edit.

Fellout is compatible with every mod except those that alters weather. As for the load order, you won't go wrong if you follow this load order. You do not need to use the unofficial patch as long you've updated your game with the latest official 1.7 patch. As for the errors from FO3 Edit, which mod are they? Can you please list them down? You should be able to see the mod index number when you look at your load order. Are you able to run the game properly without crashing on start?

You shouldn't be using unofficial patch. Official patch 1.7 is much more stable and does the same fixes as the unofficial one.

Interesting

 

I've seen threads where people were using the 1.7 official patch and having problems that were fixed by the Unofficial patch.

Well, the most important thing is you're able to run the game first. Some people can't run the game at all when using the unofficial patch and patched to official 1.7. Unofficial patch also causes CTD's to some of the areas in-game. I guess it has it's benefits and loss too.
