CTD using Alternate Start

Okay, I really need some help. I have tried for 3 days now to understand this problem, and I still can't figure it out. I am using Skyrim Mod Manager, not Nexus Manager. I load all my mods, and when I start the game, the game will CTD to the desktop with no message at all .

Its likely that one of your mods that is loading after (lower on the list than) Alternate Start is having a conflict. I've had the same problem before, always screws with my head before I remember to put Alternate Start at the VERY bottom of your load order to make sure its the last to load.

Hrm, if that's the case then there is another mod conflict somewhere, or a mod not installed correctly... The only way I know to find the culprit is to disable one mod at a time, then try to launch until you've found the one causing the crash.

Alternate Start's a bit tricky to work with, in my experience. I'm not using it anymore but I believe it was higher in the load order. If you get a CTD it is almost guaranteed to be a mod conflict. Look through your mods, see if anything changes the start of the game or the abandoned prison cell.

I do believe the Mod Manager also shows file conflicts, so you'll want to see that.
