Hey now! Great site you've got running here. I was AMAZED at the amount of mods for Oblivion so far. An extremely good indication of what will follow for years for sure. I mod quite a bit. So far the only mod available online is a skin pack for "UT2004, here's the link to the screen shots if you still have time to play that or any other game since Oblivion has hit the streets, My Skins. I'm also working on a mod for "Rise of Nations, Thrones & Pariots ", pretty extensive...new units, custom buildings, new play tactics, which is almost finished. The biggest project I have running is a continent for Morrowind, I was creating Kar-Tur, the oriental land from D&D Oriental Adventures (the older edition than this latest release). VERY big, maybe too much to chew I guess. I cannot wait to mod for Oblivion!

Hi there. Perhaps a few too many mods? Have all these people studied in depth before finding out what is really a good idea? Maybe. I am not using mods yet but I have a few worries about that. Never mind though you have plenty of time to work on one that is entertaining to play fits the game and fills a gap at the same time. Good luck.

Oh and welcome to the forums.

I would still be working on mods if Oblivion hadn't come out...I may not get back to the other games for a while cuz once I've played Oblivion for a month or so I'll start tweaking stuff. Maybe not, I still dont know the game well enough to say. I gotta say I love the lock pick mini game, I found it very easy to get used to and was able almost right away to pick locks that would've been off limits I think. I also found the disposition mini game very cool. Great job by Bethesda. Again.

Wow, the first guy to admit that he likes the disposition mini-game. I haven't really made my mind up about it yet, it feels a bit unweildy to me. I love the lockpick game - the satisfaction of getting a Very Hard lock to open when you are down to your last five picks is brilliant.

Welcome to the forums - your mods sound pretty deep, and it's always nice to have another modder of that type around. I enjoyed the Rise of Nations demo but found the battles to be a bit Age of Empires/C&C/any other "RTS" of the past 8 years. Give me a battle in Rome - Total War, and I'm a happy armchair general :D

Look forward to seeing you around the forums :D
