Possibly meant to be, as Goodkind was scathing of organized religion. Probably why the symbol was left out of the series. Other than 'it's a yellow crescent and star', it's not described. Sorry. Anyway, I happen to like the symbol-less versions. There's no reason to go to more effort, unless you want to. And, then, maybe offer it as an alternate, or as a seperate suit? zprospero Posted March 8, 2010 Share Posted March 8, 2010 I prefer to only involve symbols of ancient dead religions if I must. :P If it wasn't in the series, I'll leave it this way, as it's based on theseries version, I thought maybe I had missed it in the images I saw. EDIT: Actually, now that I think on it, the crescent looks like a sickle, and given the color combination, it'sprobably supposed to be reminiscent of Communism.
