Jonnywah
I've decided to think up some new classes, hopefully somebody will decide to make them some time. Class 1 Race - HumanFirst Class - MageSecond Class - Necromancer The Necromancer is a dark summoner who study in blood magic and the dark arts. They profine in summoning unholy demons to aid their needs. The Necromancer also has a list of skills that curse their enemies and raising the dead. Noteable abilities Summon lvl 1 sustained- When activated, the Necromancer can call upon unholy demons.Summon lvl 2 passive- Ability to summon one lesser demon at a time.Summon lvl 3 passive - Ability to summon two lesser demons at a time.Summon lvl 4 passive - Increases power of summoned demonsSummon lvl 5 passive- Ability to summon one greater demon at a time. Raise Dead active- Ability to raise a corpse to obay your command. This skill has a higher chance of raising the dead if the enemy is a lower level than you. Blood Curse active- The Necromancer conjures a ball of energy using their own blood and hurls it towards the enemy, causing spirit damage and causes them to bleed for a short period of time. This skill will reduce the caster's HP and not MP. ------------------ Class 2 Race - HumanFirst Class - MageSecond Class - Illusionist The Illusionist is a master of manipulating minds. The possess the power to trick their enemies or controlling their minds. Noteable Abilities Shadow of Illusion Active- Ability to create an identical double of themselves and fool enemies to attack it. The illusion does not cause any damage and vanishes after it's lifeforce has been drained. This skill can be used to lure enemies into an ambush. Mind Control Active- Ability to control the mind of an enemy. Once an enemy's mind has been controlled, the caster's mana recovery will slow down. Telekinesis Active- Ability to activate or retrieve items from a long distance. Mind Warp Active- Ability to cast a mind storm that disorientates all enemies within range for 20 secs. While enemies are disorientated, they will either attack eachother, try to flee or do nothing. Bloodshirst Active- Ability to inflict an enemy's mind with rage and causes them to attack their own allies. ------ More to come.
whiteaden
bloodthirst & mind control are a lot a like...? also I think Mind Control should be sustained... =) by making it a sustained thing the caster can play 'safe' and release the controlled creature just before it dies, giving him the ability to save on recharge time (that is if the caster is paying attention to what he's doing... =)
desertrunner
There are some interesting ideas here. I am not sure how feasible some of them are but I will play around in the toolset and see what works. The raise dead and shadow illusion one specifically might not be possible. Still both of them are cool enough of ideas that I will certainly try to get them to work. My guess is that telekinesis is totally impossible in the toolset. Still keep up the ideas and I (or someone else like me) just might use them!

There is already a skill like raise dead in the game, which could be used as a template for this skill. As for Shadow Illusion, It would simply be a case of summoning an entity that would either resemble the player or a generic spirit-esq looking person. This is a RPG, afterall, we need to use our imagination. I was guessing as attack spells, ofcourse, are ranged. The same could be used for telekenises, but change the on-contact properties to apply to picking up items. You could even think of it as a ranged steal spell, if that would be easier.
