Your tone relates to this issue seems to be rather hostile. If you are wanting to get help, it is usually best to not antagonize those who might give you answers, especially when this is an issue which is not easily solved.

Okay let me start by saying Im sorry to all for my tone and statements.

I will not go in to details but that may have not been the best day for me to post.

As you never bother to mention which sub mod you are talking about for Morrowind (as if expecting everyone to know about it in detail), and don't mention specifically what you are wanting to do

And as I said before since it is the only mod to offer this feature I didnt think I need to name it

But your right so here goes!

Version 3.0

Admin Comments Misc: working sub, scripting; incompatible with Fishing Academy; lot of cell changes/dirty

Description

Lots wanted this sub from Seaquest to be compatible with others, so you will need only this for the sub. Not compatible with fishing academy, as it uses the modified sub script. You can buy it in Seyda Neen.

Thanks to Madmax for letting me modify it (sub script) and Bunga Dunga for the hard work of modifying it.

Version 3.0: update for my sub mod, cleaned it up a bit, deleted the cheat barrel, made it faster (was 15 mph, now 40 mph), added the missing readme.

I did notice that it was updated since I first downloaded it and that the read me is different.

(no mention of point of veiw while steerring sub is listed this version)

AS for

"Oblivion may use the same engine series as Fallout 3, but has most of its elements specially coded for Oblivion. Just because something is present in one of the other games using this engine does not mean that it can be done in Oblivion, and vise-versa."

Yes I get that special codeing was use with each game base off what the game needed.....But that does not change the core engine right? If it does then how can the games be list as haveing the same base core engine? And still as you pointed out it would be just a matter of adding the needed

specail line of codeing right?

"Furthermore, not everyone on this forum has English as a native language, so providing clarification as to what the hell you're talking about from time to time should be expected."

Agreed Im sorry again about this.....but that leads into this?

NOBODY is required to respond to your posts with any sort of answer, if they do so, it is only because they want to offer some bit of help or reassurance. I suggest you change your tone and accept that when dealing with anything complex like this, answers aren't always available.

Hmmm okay mayby I ranted at first but when it was pointed of I restated the question as clear

and simply as I could. And I must of not be that confuseing the next guy got it and try to restated it for me.What more could be done? What more should be done??I was not trying to piss anyone off I just put it out there as well as I could since I have not, nor plan to go to school to learn to program and build games That was the best I could!!!!

And if it is not good enuff....well shoot me a PM and tell me to leave and I ll go.

As for the sub with all the mods to control different objects and or creatures it dosent seem like stealing a script from one of them and a mesh in the form of armor from whatever with no animations would be that hard to do.Or mayby with a bit of tweaking the glider mod listed on this sight (not sure of name) seems to almost do it perfect already its just not a enclosed mesh. Now Im pretty sure it Would be inpossable to make the water not fill the "cab" since it would be seen as whatever and not a true seperat cell.Right?

First off... I still can't find the file... Give a link, not a copy and pasted description and save ALL OF US the trouble of trying to figure out what site this file is uploaded to. Seriously, this is a web forum, dropping links to stuff like this so that we're all on the same page SHOULD be common sense. I'm not going to spend several minutes searching around for it, or digging through google links to Seaquest DSV fansites.

There is a difference between the level of scripting which modders can do and what is actually coded into the game by the developers. Modders can't add new lines of code to the game. Modders can't take one part of code and apply it to some other part. There's nothing to suggest that the engine can't do something like this, but rather that none of code used for any game has had any reason for such a system to be coded in.

.Now Im pretty sure it Would be inpossable to make the water not fill the "cab" since it would be seen as whatever and not a true seperat cell.Right?

Right. You would either need to make the water crystal clear and just have tinted glass, or have water inside. Regardless, the size of any sort of sub would need to be rather small in order to be something which could from one place to another within the world.

But really though... Aside from the "wow it's a sub" aspect of it, what point is there to all this mess? There's nothing in the water that anyone would be interested in within Oblivion, and there's this neat spell called "underwater breathing" that helps a ton in those few cases when you need to swim. Furthermore, the way that the game handles terrain doesn't allow for water that's deep enough to cover a small farmhouse, so even if you wanted a large submarine, you wouldn't have anywhere to put it. So what exactly is the point, and is it worth going to such an excessive length to accomplish?

First the FOV helmet mod has nothing to do with your request/question, and yes it is possible, there are several way to do it, as far I know the easier way is to make a animated mesh or a chair , it would not require scripts.
