TwilightDB
Wow, I just got a call from the computer shop that my Asus Geforce 590 GTX is STILL covered under warrenty and that they can get a replacement for it which may take a few working days! Even so, I just sent them a email to get the EVGA card ready for me to buy if my current desktop have the ability to house and power the darn thing!

Don't know if you can but try to get your money instead of a replacement card, you can buy a newer GPU with more VRAM  I've never given any thought about that; besides I think the GTX 590 (1.5GB VRAM version) may no longer be made since it's about 2-1/2 years old now, but i think I might know someone who might buy it from me. Thanks for pointing that option out, the money could go into buying the EVGA model i'm currently asking for! Thanks for all the comments!
