Buged Quests

2 of my quests are buged and i can't compliete them, I did find this cheats codes

player.setstage <QuestID> <Stage> Advances specific quest to specified stage

player.completequest <FormID> Removes active quest specified (doesn't complete it)

 

But where can i find the FormID, QuestID and Stage

And do I have 2 use the <>? if so where are thes keys located on the keybord? I have a Swedish keybord and I dont look like the English one.

The <>s are just used to define where you need to put something. The actual codes would be done just with normal type. I'm not sure about where you'd find the values you need for the codes, though.
