japanese pose mod problems

Whenever I DL a good japanese mod, it doesn't always work because the file names and folder names would look really strange. For example a file that is named "pie" will be "M<*#&$"

The file path in as seen from windows doesn't always agree with the CS file path.

 

For example if I have C:\oblivion\...\M<*#&$.kf , in the CS it will be C:\oblivion\...\Ed^#%$&$.kf

 

Is there a way to make it so that the file path will properly display japanese correctly?

Set your system locale to Japanese, reboot your computer if it asks. Then extract files. It may show Japanese file name correctly, but if you don't want to set system Locale Japanese always, you need to translate(or Romanize) file names, as well as the plugin.
