phoenixfang
Alright, in the geck there are more options when adjusting a face. For example, in the geck you can adjust the Chin Wide/Thin Value, yet in the game, when creating a character, you can't, Does anyone know how to set it up so that you can use all the values from the Face Advanced Tab in the geck in the game? BadPenney
I think that this mod was made with that in mind: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6460
Quetzlsacatanango
I don't think that gives you all the options, it just lets you know how finely you are adjusting the ones that are there. To answer the OP, I don't know of a way of doing what you're asking. A workaround, however, is to build a face in GECK that you like, with all the options available there, then check the box that says 'is facegen preset' or something like that. Then you can go get plastic surgery and that face will be one of the presets in the menu.
