Make Knight Captain Dusk a Possible Comanion

Knight Captain Dusk. When she referenced a quote from Saving Private Ryan, I wanted her in my band of misfits walking around the Wasteland. Even with all the companion mods on Nexus, I didn't find one that made her a possible companion. I don't know the first thing about this kind of thing so I hope that someone will do it for my lazy self. I also don't like using Sharing and Caring Companions because of the dialog change that endangers certain quests.

All I ask for is that:

-Someone make her a possible companion.

-Have the commands that all the other companions have; wait, tactics, leave, ect.

-Have an essential option.

-Have the option to select her home.

And a partridge in a pear tree.

Ha. *Joke*

You should get the mod called "Sharing and Caring Companions". With it, you can make anyone a companion just by speaking to them. It has all the companion commands, they can be made essential, you can even tell them how to fight (melee, ranged, or versatile which mixes both). You can give them weapons, armor, and stimpaks that they'll actually use in combat sometimes. Though you can't set a home, you can tell them to "just make yourself at home" and they'll hang out and interact with whatever area you're in -- your Megaton home for example.

I would, and did for a while. It is a good mod, but I prefer to use individual character companion mods. Reason being, in Sharing and Caring, the first dialog option is changed to "Friend..." for every character. This shouldn't be much of a problem, but that dialog change interferes with certain quests. With the individual character companion mods that I have, those characters aren't related to any quests, therefore not endangering any quests along with giving me an extra companion.

I've never had it interfere with any quests, and I've used it for several years now. In what way did it interfere for you? Do you just mean that you went around willy-nilly recruiting quest NPCs and were surprised when that broke something? Because that's not technically the mod's fault... you just shouldn't recruit quest NPCs.
