Interiors not loading at all or only partially.

So what I think is a lighting mod problem or maybe even an ENB issue, the interiors of my skyrim game do not load fully. But exteriors have no issue. I see a sky and a black ground. Sometimes NPC heads without bodies, or just their eyes are floating there, buildings have parts missing so all i see through it are the sky and black ground. But if I move to look at a different angle all the textures and items appear but another area disappears.

 

Now I have never encountered this problem while modding, and I always read every mod before I download it so I dont miss a patch if I need it. I havn't the foggiest on how to fix this. Nor can I find a solution anywhere on the internet unless I m oblivious to the world and missed it, which is not surprising.

 

Any help would be appreaciated.

Also, I get this error message when skyrim starts saying the ENBHOST.EXE it did not work and that I had to add it to my exceptions in my anti-virus or run the game as administrtor and I have done both but it still pops up.

I have a similar problem. I use Gameplay Performance ENB and interiors often fail to load. This gives me blue skies with clouds overhead (remember I am inside) and this covers the top 25% of my monitor screen. The bottom 75% has this grey tinge that blocks out everything but fires and game messages. Happens outside as well.
