jullkull
ITT you post the moment, when you realized that Fallout 3 is the best/one of the best games in the world.
cloak174
About midway through my trip to Revit City for the first time. I had never (and still haven't) experienced a video game with such an expansive, and seemingly endless world. What's more, it looked amazing (graphics-wise) the whole trip. And the random encounters reminded me of playing some good ol' D&D. One of my favorite things to do is still just wander around the wasteland aimlessly in search of more beasties to kill.
Keanumoreira
Oh I don't know there were so many great moments that you would go OMG this is fantastic, then an hour later you forget about that because something else just happened that made you forget that moment. But I believe when I first realized that this was the best game in the world at the time, was when I left the vault. It was so unbelievable how big it first looked to me. I mean so many choices to choose, so many things to do, it was like oblivion all over for me and I knew it was going to be the journey of a life time. And guess what? I was right! Tertisentar
Coming out of the Vault for the first time was that moment for me as well, yeah :teehee:
SATMA
This is an awesome idea for a thread. Man, I'm having a hard time remembering, though... seeing as I got it more than a year ago. I think the moment wasn't really in-game, but I think it was when I decided to freeze my WoW subscription, simply because I played this to the point that there simply was no more time for WoW. The emergence from the vault was also a "whoooooaaaaaa" moment too, but it didn't clinch the deal - not on its own.
