Unable to start Tranquility Lane

What mods do you have installed? please list your mod load order?

 

When I had the Monster Costumes mod installed I couldn't complete Tranquility Lane unless the Monster Costumes mod was disabled in Fomm!..

Fook2 I don't use and I'm not to keen on and I only use MMMF3 - Increased Spawns

 

I'd try disabling one mod or mod package at a time in Fomm and then starting the game with the mod disabled and see what happens!..

 

I hope someone else can come along with a better solution or help!..
