Fallout 3 RH Iron Sights Crashing at Startup

everything works until i activate the rh iron sights mod. if i activate it along with the patches, it just freezes the game and crashes. my load order is

These plugins are Ironsights DLC patches:

RH_IronSights_Basic_ZetaPlugin.esp

RH_IronSights_Basic_PittPlugin.esp

RH_IronSights_Basic_BrokenSteelPlugin.esp

RH_IronSights_Basic_PointLookoutPlugin.esp

You don't appear to own any of those DLC's though, so you don't need the patches for them either. Deleting them will also resolve your crash on startup problem.
