Uninstalling AFK_Weye leaves a giant land tear

I've run into a very strange occurrence.

I've had AFK_Weye installed, as well as Region Revive, Lake Rumare and Ruined Tail's Tale.
They all played very nicely together with the patches and gave me no issue for at least 20 hours of gameplay, however, I've grown to suspect AFK_Weye to be the cause of stability issues in my game -prior experience and current issues with occasional ctd's while traveling through the area-.

So, in the sake of stability, I uninstalled AFK_Weye and all of the patches associated with it, rebuilt my bashed patch, and deleted the package from my Bash installers entirely...
Annnnd, one big beautiful land tear all along the coast with the fishing dock, along with several houses sunk into the ground.
Even more weirdness.
I uninstall and completely remove Region Revive... No change. The NPCs from RR get left behind along with their houses sunk in the ground.
I uninstall Ruined Tail... Some missing mesh warnings, but the inn was still there full of the NPCs -Shadowseekers and all-.

At this point I start freaking out and uninstall Unique Landscapes and Better Cities to see if maybe there was something wrong with Wrye Bash or if there was a hidden patch I forgot that was leaving the stuff there, but thankfully UL & BC uninstalled successfully... Just leaving the RTT inn, the RRLR NPCs, and the giant land tear.

I reinstalled all of the mods and everything's back to normal like nothing happened.

I've never experienced weirdness of this sort before and I can only think that maybe there's a patch I'm forgetting that's tying those assets into the game even after I remove those mods... But for the life of me I can't find what that patch is. If it's an esp from a bash package, it's nothing inside any of the RTT, AFK, RR, UL or BC packages -as mentioned I uninstalled all of the above-.
If any one has suggestions or can find any flaws in my line of thinking I'd appreciate it, I'm at a loss with this yet again.
In the end my only goal is to successfully remove AFK_Weye without completely screwing with my mod set up.

Found a temporary fix in Land Magic. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/30519/?

 

Got rid of the giant tear after uninstalling AFK_Weye, but there's still buildings sunk into the ground... I suppose I can rationalize the people of Weye as not too bright when it comes to architecture (They're Oblivion NPCs so that won't be too much of a stretch lol).

After rereading the Region Revive page though I tried using some of the patches that came in the AFK_Weye package while leaving AFK_Weye itself uninstalled, and while it changed a thing here or there, -one less sunken building courtesy of the RT inn relocating- the majority of the problems were still there, including the giant land tear. After some trial and error I've reproduced this weird outcome of the entire area still having the Dragon Inn and the Region Revive NPCs and housing even after uninstalling all associated mods (mentioned in OP).

Seeing as how Wrye Bash is supposed to prevent things like this from happening (Which it does, with every other mod I have...) this is a very confusing outcome to me.

I actually looked into doing that last night, I've never done it before, but I was so tired of it I just gave up last night lol.

Regardless, I finally found the conflict. I must have screwed something up while uninstalling mods last night.
It was RTT. With AFK_Weye, RTT doesn't conflict with Region Revive so long as that patch is in place, but with AFK_Weye deactivated, RTT seems to override the land changes made by RR under the current BOSS load order.
After switching the load order up so that RR takes precedence, the issues have thankfully been resolved.
