LonexSurvivor
Hey people, I downloaded the original MMM, I must have (hopefully) placed all the files in the right place (the data folder) as there were new enemies etc, which is awesome. The only problem is, when I go close to certain trees, they turn blue etc. When I cause the healing spell, my entire sword turns white instead of that faint light on it. I'm currently downloading the MMM 3.5 version OMOD but I have never tried using it before, so God knows if I'll do it right. On the off chance the 3.5 version doesn't work, or I don't install it properly, then decide to use the original original version, what can I do about the glitches such as different coloured trees etc? Fonger
Current version on tesnexus it 3.7b3 http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17784 read carefully, its a long install, but if you make sense of the instructions it'll go fine(remember to download the BSA file) version 3.5 has a serious bug with the goblin assassins. Thank for the quick reply, so I download the 399mb BSA file, then I download the esm/esp, then finally I download the OMOD installer? What do I do next? Am I right in thinking I unzip the first file into my DATA directory, then what do I do with the other 2 files?
Fonger
IIRC - and its been too long to remember exactly clearly I used the Omod installer (inside OBMM)and added the ESP ESM and BSA to it and then installed it with OBMM. Then just for fun, ran the whole thing through BOSS(the load order sorting program found on Tesnexus)
LonexSurvivor
I got it working! I used OBMM or whatever it's called, apparently it couldn't open one of the files because it couldn't find a temp file or something. Nonetheless, it seems to be working perfectly, so far I've seen red boars, sheep in the wilderness, goats, outlaws, different sized guard dogs etc. Is there many more different enemies? Remember, I've never played the first ever MMM that came out, so I've probably seen nothing yet. There are a ton of enemies now, not just 1 or 2, but more like 12 in the same area in a dungeon. Fonger
yes, sometimes MMM just slams you with enemies - particularly in dungeons and there are lots of new foes to find, and even some "friends" in the wilderness Heck, once killed a dremora (inside an oblivion tower) and got the start of the dark brotherhood quest apparently he was not an enemy :whistling:
