Would help to mention the problem your having, is your game CTD or are you getting big red exclamation marks? is your character stuck in a Cell etc? and if your using Fomm, and Fose!..

If you know how to use Fomm and drag within it's program, sort the load order, I'd load the first five like this below and if your using a custom race, make sure that CRBSOR.esp loads last, thats the Custom Race Endings Broken Steel OverRide mod!..

Does that mean it doesn't happen if you don't use FOSE?

If the answer is no, I suggest running fo3edit. It will tell you if you are missing any esms, which is the most common cause of crash on startup.

What version of DARN, and what version of FWE? If you check out the readme for the latest version of FWE, you need a specific version of DARN. I'm guessing you are using an older version.
