BlackerrR
Sorry for bad English. Bethesda voices sounds too "automatic" if you know what I mean. Once again, they sound good, but TES voices should be more improved. I personaly like voice acting even if it's bad. Somehow, ordinary modders who put their voices, Oblivion sounds like more realistic place. There's one thing i don't like. I've came across mod that adds 1 single voice for more that 4 male and 2 female races, now that sounds bad. I can't quite remember mod, but i know i deleted it. EDIT: Sorry, forgot to put "2 female" line, i mean it IS possible for 1 guy to put voices for 4 males in game, right? DariusMoranda
I really liked some voices from this game, and how they were done. Wes Johnson was awesome, both as Sheogorath and guards,I would like to hear him again in TES V,giving his voice to the guards,as 'Stop! You violated the law' never gets old.He perfectly characterized Sheogorath with his voice acting, especially with adding the scottish accent, perfectly bind to the character's psychotic tone and mood swings.10/10 in my book. Now,Terence Stamp's voice...I find his short presence in this game,as the most fascinating. That man makes magic when while speaking,he could do a voice acting for a singing sweetroll and it would sound magnificent.I really can't imagine no one else doing Camoran's speech rather then mr. Stamp, truly an epic experience he gave to this game,in that particular moment.I enjoyed his ways of pronouncing words, such as 'Stonda' ' for Stendarr, for example, and the way how he 'buttoned' the scene before the final battle 'My long duel with Septims is over. The Emperor is DEAD. The Amulet Of Kings is MINE  ,etc. He could definitely play Mankar,if there is a movie based on this game,no doubts in that. Sean Bean has that 'tragedy/dramatic' color in his voice,it was quite interesting to hear him as Martin Septim, that was a perfect example of how a modest/humble emperor would sound.Too bad that Bethesda didn't expand his dialogue options, for example,a bit more of his background story and his Sanguine worship days, that would be interesting to hear and how he would interpret his story.Martin, the party animal,lol.Mr. Bean could play Martin in a possible movie,as well,I can't imagine no one else now,as Martin's character. Elves,Nords,Redguards, all of them were done very good,in fact. Linda Carter's voice is default nord, whenever I hear her voice,I see a tall, blonde girl, wielding an axe.Good choice for the Nord females, definitely.Except female Khajiits and female Argonians,by my opinion.I know that they are supposed to have a bit rough/beastly color and tone, but this was just a bad beat to me.They sound like 80 years old geriatric patients after a pack of cheap cigarettes. Not just that, some parts sounded like a pure routine and like the actress just had read it from the paper, into the microphone. It could have been done better,I think. Overall,it's too bad that most of the dialogues and conversations are really limited with words choice. It would be awesome if this idea could be brought into the game, but I guess there is not enough required elements for it.
