Ok so, this is weird. - Oblivion has stopped working. Help.

Ok so, let me get to the point, since I am extremely annoyed now that i spent a good 30 minutes previously writing a VERY detailed post but when I clicked submit, my net screwed up and that entire post is gone now, so anyways.

 

Was playing Oblivion, I was in an Inn, and all of a sudden a sound file played, sounded like multiple voices at once saying the same thing, and it was the same voice, saying "Stop, somebody help, weve got a thief" or something like that, and as soon as the word "thief" finished playing, my oblivion stopped working, I have a metric frackton of mods (don't judge me for it. mods are fun.) So I have no idea which mod is causing the issue, I have troubleshot all of the other mod issues ive had with oblivion, I have no mods that say they encounter problems with any of the other mods I have, My load order is as it is in order from just installing the mods, so i have no idea if my load order is bad or something, i am new to modding in oblivion, I have only modded skyrim before, and had no issues with skyrim in the past, anyways, have a bunch of puush screenshot links of my entire list of mods.

the last image has 2 mods highlighted, those are just the 2 mods I could not fit in the screenshot before it.

 

Someone who is experienced with oblivion modding, and is a fellow modaholic, can you please assist me in making this issue go away?

When does oblivion stop?

On start? Loading a savegame?

give me a description of "oblivion has stopped working".
