chance2now Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 I have several tweaks I would like to make to add challenge to the game. Most of the ideas I have can be addressed by existing mods, but one of them is to stop vendors from selling filled soul gems. I have not managed to find an existing mod for this. Can someone let me know if such a mod already exists, or how difficult it would be to create one (I have tweaked other mods before but never created one myself). Of course, I could always just refuse to buy them, but I would like to remove them altogether if possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
lofgren Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 It would not be hard to do this yourself. Locate the soul gems in the Creation Kit. right click on each filled gem and select Use Info. You'll see a list of forms. For each leveled item, form that references the soul gem, do the same. If the leveled item is in use by a vendor's chest, remove the filled soul gem from the list. (In some cases you may wish to replace the filled soul gem with an empty one.)
