So my game is completely screwed over (Mods Installed)

So after doing a quick run of Fallout 3 due to playing it tons on the PS3 and now owning it on the PC with all the DLC, I wanted to finish the main quest to get started with all the DLC that i've never played. So after the Enclave "Finding the Garden of Eden" mission and me having to due many console commands just to finish it, due to Elder Lyons being a prick and getting me caught in the no-HUD conversation, I had to console command my way out of the quest and manually type in the commands to start the next one (Take it Back!").

(Theres some spoilers about the end of the game, but if your cruising around this forums and you havn't beaten the game, whats wrong with you?)

So after going into the chamber and entering the 2-1-6 code to activate Project Purity, the whole cutscene happened and then the DLC started up. After finishing the conversation after waking up, my character stood up and then got stuck in another no-HUD conversation. So after using the command "enableplayercontrols" I had began to walk around. When I looked at my Pip-Boy, I saw that the quest "Take it Back!" was still active. So after cheating my way through the tunnels with TCL because I had done it before and was confused on to why the quest was active, I got to the control center.

When I entered the Rotunda, Lyons was still there, pressed against the glass with the cycle being stuck as if I was still in the room. So I cheated my way into the room, and tried to enter in the code to "activate" Project Purity, and the code did nothing. So I cheated back out of the room because the Quicksave and Quickload exploit doesnt work through the wall, I talked to Lyons, and after backing up the save, told her to go in the room. After I opened the door, she was locked in the spot and animation of being pressed against the glass. So after disabling her with the console, I tried to walk away... the Project Purity cutscene decided to shake my screen. After it ended, I tried to leave the rotunda, but the doors have been locked behind the Lone Wanderer.

So... I decided to stop spacing off whilst typing it and noticed that I had typed a lot... ... ... sorry about that.

I still have a save before I even cheated the start of the Take it Back quest, so if anyone read all that and wants to help, it would be much appreciated.

Well, you are in quite the situation aren't you? Well I'm not exactly sure I know of the bug that seems to currenlty plague your save though I do believe another certain command may help. If I have read your post correctly then it seems you havn't used many commands other than "tcl" or "enableplayercontrols" so maybe try "CompleteAllObjectives <base id>". If you use that command while on the "Take It Back!" quest and set the "base id" to "1", than it should set the quest to completed and let you go on your marry way, that's how it should work in a perfect world at least. Sorry also for the late response, hope this helped.

You can find the rest of the Quest commands here just in case.
