Fix Boone's Assault Armor!

Boone's Assault Armor. Arguably one of the more badass armors in the entire game. There's only one problem with it, when I console to get it, the damn red scarf clips in first person view, especially when using pistols. This doesn't sound like a big issue but it does get annoying after awhile. I'm not sure what will fix this other than changing the scarf into something else, a collar maybe? Not a slave collar obviously, just something different.

Try this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0yvyqqrg1u47sbs/FirstReconBooneArmorResource.rar

It's from here:http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49511/?
I just repacked it so the meshes were in the correct place for easy install.

Notes for any interested modders:
The default mesh is badly built for new vegas. It's on solid part. To work properly for a player wearing it in blender you'd need to separate the arms from the torso and legs then name the arms "arms" and the rest "upperbody" (if you called it all upperbody the arms would disappear in first person and calling it all anything else causes clipping in first person). This doesn't even take into the bad bone weighting and the complete lack of pipboy compatability.

No pipboyon:0/pipboyoff:0? Sucks about the bone weighting. I'm too lazy to do any actual weight painting (just rely on the boneweighting script), but maybe someone with a little more patience/skill will tackle it.

Dragbodys version does have good bone weighting and pipboy off but not pipboy on
