He got nerfed bad in Enemy Within(Only has one "tree" of PSI powers instead of all of them at once). Why a cheat code would be nerfed, I will never know. Could someone modify him so that he has all PSI powers at once in EW like he did in EU? Atleast I still have Otto Zander and his 100 hp. It would be frustrating if his 100 hp got nerfed to 1 hp.
