Negative endorsements

I think it would be a good idea to make bad endorsements affect a file's place in the top 100. Because if I find a file which has 10 good endorsements, then think of checking it out, and when I get there it may have 200 bad endorsements. Just an idea.

 

It was previously like that and as consequence people often only gave bad ratings, because they want to push their favorite mod up.

I remember days, where GTS had Pole Position and admins had to remove downratings nearly every day, just because people couldn't

accept to see it higher ranked than their favorite. The new system is much better.

Actually, not including them in the mod's ranking reduced the workload for the moderating team by 85%....and reduced the instabans greatly. Now we have time to do little things to make the site better. We can also take time to play the games we love.

The thumbs down used to annoy the hell out of me but now I look at it a little differently. Who cares what someone who can't be bothered to comment thinks? if they can't be bothered to contribute by explaining their issue then for me their opinion is worthless.
