Personally I have no idea what you have done wrong, but I do have a question for you.. How the hell did you get that many mods working at the same time? My New Vegas crashes just from trying to start it with the NVSE Launcher.. I have no idea why, but it does and I have no idea why because technically, everything is correct and their should be no errors.
