I want a mod which changes the lips!!!!!!!

So I was trying to make a cool vampire character the other day. But I always preferred vampires having black lips. The problem is that through vanilla oblivion I never could make black coloured lips because it ended up being an aberration after a while. So please can you help me bring this character to life? If someone was able to make black lips for his character through vanilla oblivion could he show me how? If this is impossible can you suggest me a mod which gives me the possibility of making my character as I want to?

Installing smooth .egt file can make changing skin tone better, but I don't think you can make black lip with that. Rather, making a custom race, giving it a face texture with black lip will work better(you don't want to see all vanilla NPCs with certain race having black lips, do you?).

Hmmm... there are a few Goth races that migh have black lips, a lthough I'm not sure. Gothic Bretons, maybe?

I know for a fact that the Raven Elves have black lips.
