Striker53c Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Yeah, i can't find my FALLOUT.INI . I have reinstalled the game a few times but it simply is not showing up.

bben46 Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 As Craigsters says, the Fallout.ini is not created until you start the game, and is not saved until you make the first save. The game start has to inspect your system and set itself up for your particular computer - it looks at your video card and decides what settings to use for default. So, a base ini will be completely different for any computer. On an XP system it will be in C:\documents and settings\your user name\my documents\my games\Fallout3 On Vista and Win7: C:\users\your user name\my documents\my games\Fallout3
