foremost, I want to say a big THANK YOU to all who give us dreams in their work.

I am a woman too old to be able to learn to use all these programs you need to realize the dreams of others, and I can only ask you to make mine.

 

That's my idea: I want a small house, a simple house used for a couple of normal people (husband and wife at home worker), a house that is not purchased but leased.

 

An owner (NPC) would lease the house to the PC, there auait some maintenance to the house, and the owner would regularly inspect the property. the owner would regularly requirements, for example, repainting the house or the fence again, ideas like that.

 

I have not found a mod that looks like this, someone can create it?

Is this a good idea?

Firstly, your English seems fine to me, I only wish most non-speakers used whatever translator it is you're using.

 

Second: it doesn't seem that hard, but a few more spcifics might help someone make it (I don't really have the time). What style? Cheydinhal? Farmhouse? Anvil? Something new?

I think you might like Clamshell Cottage and Clamshell Cottage COBL . I recommand the COBL version as it adds more stuff, good stuff.

 

Also you might want to check the mod's author, Korana, her other house mods are also incredible. I hope this helps.

Ah yes, clamshell cottage is wonderful, actually it would be the ideal home .... but I would add the script of "demanding owner" and the action of "rent house" without buying it .... not be the owner, be dependent on this ugly man who requires a lot.

I think there is a house mod that has renting rather than buying. I'm not certain, but any rate I shall search for it.

This mod makes all buyable houses rentable Its a pretty good mod that I use

 

Also you can try Mountain Shack. Its a great mod and it makes you feel like you actually earned it

This mod "Sell and rent houses" is the closest thing to what I want.

 

It lacks the detail: the owner is wicked nice harass tenants with requirements silly ...I guess I ask too much, it must be difficult to create such scripts.

But I content myself with this one that is already a formidable task.
