spikes210
Hey guys. i've been searching around for ages for a castle/home like this. i really like to see Scripted NPC's in a castle , for example all the workers/peasants going to the dining hall to eat. Also scripted gaurds with shifts and stuff I had found a Ayleid style home awhile back but i forgot the name , it had portals leading to other rooms and TONS of NPC's walking around So exact features i would like to see *Guards*NPC's I'm not asking any one to make somthing like this , but has any one herd of somthing like this. and does any one know of the house that is a ayleid style and has tons of NPC's in it Thanks -spikes210
Fonger
Giskard's Kvatch Aftermath 6.6 had these features for Kvatch Castle (after its rebuilt) but finding this mod is gonna be a nice trick. Of course, not all peasants eat in a castle's great hall - they're simply not invited.
Netwit2008
You should try Tantrivaylia Castle mod. It has a nice little quest line and a full castle with many NPCs that take care of the castle and you. They also go with you if asked. No voice acting, but still an excellent mod. They go to bed together, eat together and have regular shifts, like for the guards. I think you'll like it. There's even a thermae and a pub area inside the castle. The NPCs also love to dance, and will dance with you if asked. Views are beautiful from the castle balconies. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29081 Castle Almgard also has a small community around the castle, along with guards, NPCs, etc. Again, the NPCs have their own schedules and activities they do. Not as involved as Tantrivaylia, but still one of the best castle mods out there. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14834 I use both and have had a lot of fun with them. Plus, one is on one side of Cyrodiil, the other all the way on the other coast, so you have a castle coast to coast.
Jenrai
Personally, I liked Glenvar Castle (big... Big... BIG ass player home. :D ), Castle Seaview, & Castle Hogarth when I was going through my Castles phase. My Charector now has his own Island... but I've moved Glenvar Castle to it for him to live in whilst I deck the place out. I know. I'm sad. :) Jenrai
bben46
Glenvar has scripted guards with custom dialog. An assortment of inhabitants, each with their own schedule. All eat in the dining hall at scripted meal times. Archers patrol on the walls in shifts, a guard stands by at the moving portcullis. The castle guards all wear custom livery. And everyone goes to the baths at a scripted time - men and women have different bath times. It's not free. you will have to work for it. It's not easy either. So forget about getting this castle at low levels. And after you do manage to win the castle, you will have to hire the staff, and they are not cheap. Then there is still another good sized quest to do that doesn't start until after you have hired all of the staff. There are many secrets hidden in the castle too. Secret passages & rooms which are not easy to find, but worth the effort. However, it is styled like a true mideavil castle, and not Ayleid style.
