FMA Uniform omg?

I'm a little caught up in mods of my own atm, and have come to find that I'm only remotely decent with buildings and the constructing of cities. (Courtesy of hundreds of hours playing simcity games and other games like it, probably)

 

Anyway, I'm a little bored and have a game wherein I'm running around with a group of random CM mages, while playing yesterday evening I was also watching FMA and thought to myself "I want my mages to look more like state alchemists." and now I'm here.

 

If there's a mod out there for the state uniform already, sorry, I spent about 20-30 mins looking for it and didn't find it, if not, anyone out there willing to take some time to make it? ;P
