  1. Looking for clothing mods with chest bandages of any kind. Looked through the common Nexus places, but I'm having no luck. Google only returns Excaliburs bandages, which is not a clothing mod at all. I remember seeing one somewhere... Anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your time.
  2. It sure is a shame. I'm certainly going to try and bring Burmecians to TESV, but I'll work it from scratch since Burm wont let anyone repost his mods.
  3. @Bethesda Don't crush future talent! Even pigs are one step closer to 'unnecessary violence'
  4. Nice work. The animation is impressive, but my eyes cant seem to track what the skeleton does when it turns through the bends. What do you plan on using this for (if I may pry)? Are you planing on making anything for Oblivion? :D
  5. I wholeheartedly agree. In scientific terms... Asymptotes! y = 1/x As the line gets closer to Y = 0 (Representing minimum breast size), my interest (X value) increases. As the line gets father away from Y = 0, my interest decreases. The higher Y is the bigger the breasts. I hope you all enjoyed this math/science lesson brought to you by: TD
  6. Ron Paul gives very good points. I know he's the chair of the domestic monetary policy subcommittee, and was elected to that position quite recently. It's still not a position high enough to make any sort of difference anyway. I don't have anything positive to say about FRS, but I have nothing bad to say either. It's very useful for curbing the usual bank runs, but as of recent it's having trouble 'turning the printing machines off'. The problem with the FRS is that no branch can really have a say in what it does. In that effect it is flawed because it is outside of our glorious three branch system with all of its checks and balances. Congress oversees it sometimes, but for the most part it is a wild cannon. It's a loop hole in our government in a way. The finances of our nation shouldn't be blown without any control from the main three branches.
  7. You forget that in the timeline of Oblivion, the only technology available are guns and swords. In the age of Fallout, a dremora could easily pick up a gun, learn the mechanism, and use it. It'd be a complete disaster if deadra began enchanting bullets and guns with fire damage 50 with a large explosion radius. Like tiny fast nukes. Deadric power armor? Oh S*@#. It would be the same situation as Aliens vs Predators, deathclaws being aliens and humans being bags of flesh being easily torn to ribbons. At any rate, the Enclave would view Deadra as some sort of mutant and attempt to eradicate it. The Brotherhood would come up in second place as a threat to Mehrunes as homeland protection.
  8. "shall be imprisoned not more than 1 year, or fined in the amount set forth in this title, or both, if the offense consists of the reproduction or distribution of 1 or more copies or phonorecords of 1 or more copyrighted works, which have a total retail value of more than $1,000." At least we get 999.99$ of accident before we are incarcerated. How nice. I wonder if they charge you for the current market price of something. For instance, if a game from 1995 is worth 5$ now but was worth 50$ years ago would they charge you for the theft of 5$ or 50$?
  9. I won't say never because I'm not an extremist, but I'm tired of playing with other people. They ruin immersion with their 'lol I lvled', and their 'ZOMG I'VE GOT BETTER ARMOR!!!!1!1 NOTICE ME NAOW!'. Oblivion is my place to escape people, not deal with them some more. LAN sounds better because I can essentially play with people I know, but the people I call friends stab me in the back in all other LAN games I have whenever they get the chance. Not to mention with full online... Trolls, Anti-Semites, Anti-Furries, White supremacists, Dchbgs, flamers, loot raiders, and a decrease in graphics. Plus, I like to get freaky with my Elder Scrolls. You can't play with your friends when you have a body replacer!
  10. I am in complete agreement with the title in question.
  11. I would imagine that will be fine, if that doesn't run it then they won't be selling many copies for the PC. Please accept my Kudos. I'm not worrying about it anymore due to this post. Judging from what you said, I'm guessing my computer is pretty good... ---- Buddha has a windows score of 5.9 (Most of his stats are above 7.0....) I can't even get mine past 5.5 despite tweaking, and I will NOT overclock my graphic under any circumstance. So..... What do you mean by 'Squeeze bye' Buddha?
  12. I get to change my vote in a couple of months. I'm pretty hyped. It's like entering a new era of demographics.
  13. I thought the debate was that i was gay for a male to play as a female vice-versa..... Was that another debate? So basically, we have two debates that counter conflict with each other. We're screwed. We're gay whether a we play as a female or male! New debate topic: Liking to play Transgender characters does not equal BI?
  14. Voyager is probably the last of the good Star Treks, and had a storyline that made it seem like each episode was connected because the journey had a sole purpose. Whereas you could not really place a definite long-term goal with the other Star-Treks. Enterprise was a LARGE step back from all of the other Star Treks... No pun intended. Yes, my username is Star-Wars related. Yes, I don't like my username as much as I used to.
  15. China is like a fetus. It has no real economy without us, and thrives off of the nutrients that we give them (In the form of them giving us loans). When the U.S. suffers, so does China. Really, the rest of the world too. Our crisis effected every capitalist nation in the world, with the exception of Russia... but they aren't fully integrated yet. You can probably guess what happens if we were to cut the umbilical cord too quickly at any rate. Disaster for both the mother and the child. Though I would attribute our relation with that of the reproduction of a spider as most adult spiders are eaten by their offspring, China is in the position to end America as we know it. Scary. Personally, I put my faith in Asia. Every section of the earth has had its moment as the leaders of the known world. Africa had Egypt first, then the Middle East had Persia, Europe had Britain, and North America had the U.S.A.... The only two continents left without a superpower in relation to those around it is Asia and South America. Don't worry too much about South America though, the U.S. has effectively crippled them. If anyone needs a source for any one of my arguments, I will gladly post them.
  16. If FO3 functions at that level, it should work.Might just have to have it on high or medium, not ultra  Medium? Really? I played Oblivion on very low quality on my Windows 2000 for 4 years. In other words, my life is complete.
  17. So do you think I can play Skyrim? I meant... I can jack FO3 all the way up with minor performance issues. (I really dont have money... Working on 18 credit hours of college in one semester, so I'm broke.) IT'S GOT TO MAN, IT'S GOT TO. I'VE GOTTA HAVE MOAR SKYRIM.
  18. I'm guessing my rig isn't cut out for it then? Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 925 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz Memory: 8190MB RAM Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series Display Memory: 4081 MB Dedicated Memory: 1014 MB I just bought my comp for around 2000$ last year. I can't believe that it won't even barely cut it for this game....
  19. I Agree completely, and thanks for the tip.
  20. Does anyone have any tips on preventing clipping issues when a body mesh is under a suit of armor? I realize that it's never good to have a body mesh under and armor mesh, and most modelers remove it where and when they can. I'm working on a series of Modified Vanilla, and Modified Armors of other authors so that they work with Broken Undies Framework Mod. I have made thousands of modified meshes -- no -- tens of thousands really, and the number one problem that requires me to over-sculpt areas of the armor is of course clipping due to two layers of meshes. The meshes usually have to be spaced up to a scaled unit in areas where most freely moving armitures are (Such as behind the kneecap). Do any of you pros have any tips or tutorials when it comes to tweaking the mesh to move fluidly? It's really unsightly to turn one of Tona's or Zotman's armors into a bulky heap because clipping is a problem with meshes converted from one body to another. (bone heat problems between meshes perhaps?)
  21. Had good laughs with the gun control thread. Thanks bro.
  22. Kahjiit mages were my first pick for Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Oblivion. Unless TESV has Imperials that blow my mind when it comes to beauty, I will always go for the kitties. Avid cat lover and owner and all.
  23. I have a single wish for TES5 that I already know is probably impossible. I itch for skirts, sleeves, and other forms of clothing with physics attached to them. I'm praying for this because I know that it wasn't supported on Netimmerse/Gamebryo engines. Their new engine may have the capacity to do this kind physics that I desire so. If not, I better learn how to be a top class animator/meshman so that I can create convincing skeleton animations that parent to skirts!
  24. Burmecian A certain author of an extensive collection of race mods for both TES: Oblivion, and Fallout 3 has recently removed all of his mods. I have these mods in my possession and wish to release them because I fear they will be lost forever. I know the author had a policy that restricted the reposting of his mods and I do not wish to usurp his wishes, however he has disappeared for god knows how long and I am unable to contact him through any means (E-mail is hidden, profile does not allow commenting, and it appears his messenger is disabled due to troll mail and anti-furry sentiment). His mods mean very much to me, as I DO not play Oblivion or Fallout without his race mods. In the event that my computer is destroyed, or my many USBs containing this file are lost, I'm afraid that I will be unable to get this mod anywhere and it will simply fade into a memory. My request is simple, as there is a large demand for this mod (unless it was his goal to make his mod a commodity :P) With the blessing of the mods, I would like to re-post this mod (Burmecian Race Mod for both FO3, and Oblivion) with full credit to the original author, or in the event that it is immoral to do so, donate the files of the mod to the caretaker in order to prevent his FFIX Burmecian Race mod to be forever lost to time. If this is the wrong section of the Nexus to place this request, please inform me so I can take this request elsewhere. Thank you for your time, TD
  25. Well a segway army with assault rifles might be a issue. Which is why America should make a Segway Militia force. Our military is falling behind China in ingenuity!
